How often do I need to get my computer serviced?

Regular maintenance is key. While monthly checkups are optimum (available through our Service Plan), at an absolute minimum it is recommended that you have your computer serviced at least once per year. Renewing your anti-virus once per year and having a technician ensure that nothing slipped past your defences is important to the overall health of your computer. Ensuring the hardware components of your system are up-to-date and functioning properly will keep your computer running well for years to come.



How much does it cost to have my computer maintained?

Computer maintenance costs can vary, depending on any work that may be reqired. General annual health check takes approximately 1-2 hours of labour and cost $95-$190. Any repair work or hardware replacement or software renewals that may be required will be estimated based on the work needed.
