Your computer mouse may actually be a lot more versatile that you think - here's a few time-savers you might be interested in:
- select an entire word: don't waste time trying to pinpoint your cursor on the first letter of a word and dragging it to highlight - try double clicking anywhere on the word instead
- select an entire paragraph: trying to select a paragraph that is bigger than your screen can be really frustrating - try triple clicking anywhere in the paragraph instead
- open links and new tabs with one click: CTRL+click will do the trick, OR - just click the mouse wheel
- zoom in or out: don't waste time trying to find the zoom function in your menu - just hold CTRL and roll the mouse wheel back or forth to your desired magnification
